Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens, but please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total and loss of deposit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. There is a 5 minute grace period for all appointments, if no communication is made within 5 minutes (781-608-3556) your appointment may not be able to be fully completed. Appointments that are missed with no communication (no shows) will be charged 100% of the service scheduled using the card on file. Clients may also risk being banned from future bookings. By booking, you authorize these charges to your card on file under the terms above. Exceptions are at my sole discretion. Thank you for respecting my time and business!
